Posting of listings:

You understand that each time you post an ad on this Site or otherwise use Backpageseek.com, you agree to these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that Backpageseek.com may send you e-mail messages telling you about products and services offered by Backpageseek.com (or its affiliates and partners) You understand and agree that such communications are part and parcel of your registration for and use of Backpageseek.com; if you do not wish to receive further communications from Backpageseek.com (or its affiliates and partners), you must cancel your registration by sending a cancellation notice to [email protected].

Fees:

Backpageseek.com may impose a fee on the posting of Content in certain areas of Backpageseek.com. Deposits and Payments:

As a Client, any financial arrangements between you and Providers are your own responsibility. Backpageseek plays no part in these arrangements. As a Client, if you lose any money with a Provider, you will have to take that up with the Provider directly. Backpageseek is NOT responsible in any way, shape or form for any money that you send or give to a Provider.

Backpageseek.com has no control over and is not responsible for the content of or claims made on websites that may be linked to or from Backpageseek.com, whether or not they may be affiliated with Backpageseek.com. Any websites linked to or from Backpageseek.com are for your convenience only, and you access them at your own risk.
